T.A.M.A.R. — Targeted Access for Mental Health and Reintegration — is a community-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting individuals and families with essential resources, coordinated support, and meaningful opportunities.
We recognize that the challenges people face are often interconnected. Mental wellness, food security, housing stability, and successful reintegration all contribute to the foundation of a healthier and more independent life. Our role is to bridge the gap between needs and resources, helping people navigate barriers and connect with practical solutions.

Tiwangi Hillard founded T.A.M.A.R. with a conviction that access — to care, nourishment, housing, and opportunity — can change the direction of a life. Under her leadership, T.A.M.A.R. builds partnerships with service providers, property owners, correctional partners, and community organizations to connect individuals and families with the resources they need to move forward.
